We continue the national deployment of handheld application technology!

If your shipment is being delivered in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Kingston or Ottawa, you can now retrieve your Proof of Delivery (POD) online.

The new technology includes the deployment of handheld devices for drivers to execute pick-ups and capture signatures on delivery.

In addition, Tech Track provides an order management application and Dispatch software for more effective trip planning.

How Will this Impact You?

The two major areas where you will see an impact are the provision of POD and booking a pick-up.

• Paperless Proof of Delivery (POD).

  You will no longer provide a paper POD. However, you can now access it through our web site.

• Scheduling a pick-up

  You will schedule your pick-ups online or through our Customer Contact Centre for maximum efficiency. Our drivers will no longer have the ability to support this function.
